Testimonials
Here are just a few personal testimonies from the parents of our students
"We have been members of Go No Sen Karate since 1998. My son was only 7 years old when he began karate classes. It took many years of hard work and determination to become a black belt in 2004. Renshi always supported Johnny and guided him along the way. He gained confidence and discipline which he carried over to the classroom. By the time he entered high school and was looking for part-time work, employers were more than impressed to see black belt in karate' listed on his applications. It also looked great on his resume and college applications! I remember Johnny saying, "A black belt is a white belt who never quit". I have also been taking
Fitness Kickboxing classes for many years and I am completely satisfied with the professionalism of the
instructors and the training I receive. I have met great people and have a lot of fun!

Go No Sen Karate has had such a huge impact on both my children lives since they started there classes a little over six months ago. I am able to see the teachings of Renchi and Sampai Lorie spilling over into our home life as well
as there performance in class. My seven year old has really matured, become more responsible, and a big helper at home. Not only with daily chores, but with his 4 year old brother. Both boys look forward to their classes, and enjoys the physical discipline that the program teaches them. They are learning to use their teachings to protect themselves and each other, and not necessarily to hurt others. The staff is awesome as well. Thank you for offering this option to parents who want to instill discipline, education, responsibility and enjoyment in their children's futures. Jordan and Joshua Faulkner loves this program!
I really appreciate all of you guys.

Go No Sen Karate has built confidence in Jonathan's ability to realize that he can accomplish his personal goals that were achieved with diligent effort. In addition he is better focused on his overall tasks such as school goals that can be demanding on any child. He is generally better disciplined when reacting to daily challenges. The best part is Jonathan's love for Go No Sen Karate as a sport he has eagerly embraced and for which he eagerly looks forward to attending when scheduled. Jonathan has been able to achieve his personal goals due to the structured disciplined classes. Renshi is an experienced teacher who oversees and mentors his students with compassion and interjects appropriate humor to help convey his teachings.

My son David Schwadron has been doing karate at Go No Sen since he was 6 years old. A very important thing that he has learned is to never give up. I have seen different situations over the past several years which displays this motto. It has taught him to be confident in whatever he may be doing. Whatever it is, big or small, he gives it his all. Karate has taught him how to defend himself. He has learned various ways of doing so in multiple situations.
David has learned to focus which is exemplified by his excellent grades in school. He has come an extremely
long way since that first day that we filled out the application to join. If it were not for Go No Sen Karate, David
may not have turned out to be the well adjusted, confident and determined young man that he is today.

My 5 and 4 year old children both have a genetic disorder. I was told that they could never participate in any really physical activities; i.e.; baseball, soccer, ice skating, gymnastics even some forms of dance. I wanted them to experience life like any other child their age. Then I found Go No Sen. Their doctor ok'd them as the small child program is mostly dedicated to focus, patience, listening, teamwork and following instructions. What a truly amazing program. My children love to go to karate more than anything. They were well behaved before, but to hear them say "yes sir", "yes mam" and even treat each other with more respect is awesome. It has not even been 6 months, yet I see their behavior improving. They are no longer shy about their limitations because Go No Sen makes them proud to be just who they are. They are taking more leadership roles, being more respectful of their peers and I am truly moved by their progress.
it is easy to see that their instructors are truly dedicating to make each child reach their individual potential. I do recommend this program to everyone I meet. Not just for young children, but for anyone who wants to improve their lives physically and spiritually.

Go No Sen Karate has given Mike the confidence to face anything and everything in his everyday life. He started out 4 years ago as a white belt, and to this day, karate is his favorite "extra curricular" activity. He plays sports every season and feels that the workout and education he receives at Go No Sen is great.

Sydney - my daughter is an extremely imaginative and boisterous child. She is very carefree at school and home. But, when she enters the Dojo, she changhes into this focused, dedicated, and quiet child. I am very impressed with the teaching staff and how they get kids focused on tasks. My only wish is that the regular school teachers were the same. Morgan, my younger daughter is Autistic and cannot attend a regular karate class. However, the Go No Sen staff has agreed to teach her in private sessions. She has problems focusing and doing certain physical activities. But when she gets in the dojo, these wonderful instructors are able to direct her and get her to focus. They even get her to do exercises that her physical therapists cannot get her to do.

All I can say is Amazing! I have 4 Boy's, three of them are signed up at "Go No Sen", one is still to young. It was the best thing my wife and I have done for them. As you can imagine raising boys can be quite a challenge. We have seen such a difference in there attitude and behavior since they started Karate. All thanks to Renshi and his Staff! Renshi keeps us updated on their progress and my boys really enjoy and look forward to going to class. I can not praise "Go No Sen" enough. If you have children, this is the place to be.
Just attend a class and look in the eyes of your children. Thank's Renshi and Staff for all you have done!

My oldest daughter Julia was interested in Karate since a friend of her was taking it. We checked around the one name that came up was GO NO SEN KARATE. We called ,we made the appointment. We were pleased at how the girls reacted and responded. Since enrolling our girls Julia, Olivia, Veronica and Isabelle At Go No Sen Karate I have seen quite a difference in their discipline and respect toward others and themselves as well as their focus on daily tasks. There are definitely obstacles when raising 4 children ..even more so when they are triplets and a singleton. However the love , care and respect that our children get from ALL of the instructors at Go No Sen Karate is Amazing. My Girls LOVE to come to class. I know something is wrong when they say they want to skip a class.
Go No Sen has provided support, discipline and love to our girls. Our oldest daughter was presented with a situation at school where she needed to be more aggressive than normal....Go No Sen Karate provided the background she needed to process the situation and act accordingly, without using physical necessity. Go No Sen karate has been and incredibly positive influence on our children...we could not be happier with our decision to enroll them in lessons. The instructors, Sempais and Renshi are amazing.

My 10 year old son, Michael Cohen has been a student for over three years at Go No Sen Karate. He recently came beaming out of class with his purple belt promotion letter! Michael has gotten and continues to get so much from karate. His self-esteem and confidence has soared. His focusing has improved tremendously. His understanding of what respect is continues to mature. He looks forward to class, new challenges and learning this beautiful martial art. He has made and continues to make new friends and he looks forward to karate camp and "parent's night out!" My husband Steve and I cannot begin to count the many ways Michael has grown from his experience at Go No Sen. Michael has learned to cope with life situations that have been challenging, much better since he has been at Go No Sen. We are also very thankful and grateful for the advice freely given to us, because as parents we need guidance too! Out of all of the wonderful gifts Michael is getting from karate so far, I'd say the most cherished is the confidence he is building along his journey to his black belt!
