Renshi Adam McCauley
Renshi Adam McCauley has been teaching the art of Karate for over 28 years. His main objective is to empower each and every age group which he teaches. He is currently a 6th degree black belt instructor in the Art of Ryu Te Karate and a 4th degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.
Shihan Joseph Cohen
Sempai Joseph Cohen is a 4th degree black belt and has studied martial arts for over 25 years. He is married and the father of two Go No Sen black belts.
Sensei Lou Denet
Sensei Lou is a 3rd degree black belt and has been studying martial arts at Go No Sen Karate since 1999.
Sensei Lauri McCauley
Sensei Lauri became involved in the martial arts in 1999. She has been teaching martial arts for over seven years and she loves to educate, motivate, and inspire all of the students here at Go No Sen. She is currently a 3rd degree black belt.
Sensei Desi DiSisto
Sensei Desi has been studying martial arts for more then 20 years. He is married and the father of two children, who are also Go No Sen black belts. Sensei Desi is currently a 3rd degree black belt.
Sensei Anne Denet
Sensei Anne has been doing karate at Go No Sen for over 10 years. In addition, Sensei Anne is also a Fitness Kickboxing Instructor. She is currently a 2nd degree black belt.
